Return Policy
We highly recommend our customers to carefully research the product they intend to purchase before placing an order through our website. We are happy to assist you with any additional information about the product before making a purchase through our customer representative team. Our customer representatives are amiable, very experienced and knowledgeable to help you assist with your purchase.
Our return policy varies with :
- new or unused products
- Used products
- Defective or Damaged products
- Missing products
New or Unused Products:
- All new products must be shipped back/returned within 15 days with the original receipt, and delivery date as proof of purchase.
- All new or unused products must be in original, unused, unopened company packaging. They should also be in undamaged and brand new condition to receive a full refund.
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed with any returns.
Used Products:
- From the guidelines of department of health and sanitation, and for safety purposes, we will not accept returns from the following items:
- Opened or used vaporizers/e-cigarettes
- Non-returnable e-liquids
- Open cartridges
- Replacement coils
- Drip Trips
- Replacement glasses
- Atmoizer/tank
- Rechargeable batteries
Defective or Damaged Products:
- Customers are eligible for a replacement of a defective product only during its manufacturer’s warranty period. They should also be in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.
- All glass products, components, and accessories are not covered under warranty.
- Note* Certain manufacturers require the customers process warranty claims with them directly. In such cases, customers are required to process their claims with manufacturer’s policy. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received not functioning at the time it was received by the customer. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Products:
- Any missing or damaged product from the purchase that has been made must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us, and we will take care of the claim as soon as possible.
